FORMING TECHNOLOGY
Our management team, have recognised the move toward sustainable packaging and understanding the limitations of current technologies, set about developing an autonomous manufacturing cell concept. These cells greatly increase productivity and operational effectiveness rates, as well producing higher quality products. This evolution makes manufacturing of moulded fibre products now viable in western economies.
TOOLING
Machining precision moulds from aluminium and brass is a highly specialised process and can often prove difficult to source cost effective solutions. We have established in-house expertise and work practices for tooling and machining, enabling the company to leverage these resources to rapidly deliver tooling solutions and rapidly respond to client change requests.
